New in 2010 Belly Dance Class for Beginners in Wrawby
Local belly dance teacher and performer, Shiméa is starting a new beginner’s belly dance class on Thursday Jan 21st 2010 at The Wrawby Village Hall.
Shiméa says' "Belly dancing is a fun fitness opportunity that can shimmy off that inevitable Christmas excess. It can tone your stomach and help you achieve those perfect curves.
This sensual form of dancing from the Middle East is one of the oldest forms of dancing in the world. It has soared in popularity as a low-impact aerobic and muscle-toning exercise.
It's a great workout for the whole body but is particularly good for gaining muscle definition in all the right places. Classes also enhance self-esteem and body confidence, and for once, no matter what your age, shape, size or level of fitness you can take part and have fun!"
