Wrawby get back in the League

Date:
08/30/2008

After many years of not having an adult football team representing Wrawby in the Scunthorpe league, we are happy to announce from the the start of the 2008/2009 season they are back.

Despite trying and failing to meet requirements to join for the last three years, The Jolly Miller FC team have finally been successful in their attempt to get back into some weekend exertion.

The news has been met locally with a lot of enthusiasm - with a few local businesses already offering sponsorships, just today Vicarage motors of Wrawby have agreed to buy the new team kits.
